Established in 1974 in Puerto José Banús, Marbella, we became the Real Estate agents of the company Puerto Banús S.A. for the German speaking market. We jointly promoted with the management company of Puerto Banús the sale of berths and apartments in their recently built yacht harbour Puerto José Banús. And in addition to this we also promoted the sale of plots and villas surrounding the "Royal Las Brisas Golf Course".

At the time we were known in Germany as "long distance blue water sailors". Because of our sailing experience we could also help our clients from the yachting world to find the right spot in Marbella. Our successful sales activities, particularly at German boat exhibitions strengthened our good relationship to José Banús.

Since than CPI S.L. is known for its serious and reputable service as Real Estate company specialised in the sale and management of selected properties in and around Marbella.
